The Phoenix team's latest venture is located in the centre of the historic fishing village of Findhorn on the Moray coast. The Bakehouse opens in the day as a busy local café and in the evening transforms into a restaurant celebrating the local harvest from land and sea.

Enjoy breads from the Phoenix Organic Bakery, cheeses from the nearby organic dairies, seasonal vegetables from the Earthshare co-op and local meat and fish complemented by an extensive range of organic wines, beers and beverages.

Weekend Brunches are a popular venue for locals and visitors where you can sit back with the newspapers, sip on an organic bucks fizz and tuck into your eggs benedict either indoors or al fresco.

The Bakehouse is a bright informal eating venue just minutes from the beach and is fully wheelchair accessible.
